As National Mentoring Day approaches, I’ll be offering some daily blogs on mentoring practice sharing, books & articles, skills and tools and more.

From an early age we are curious and ask questions.  And we are encouraged to give answers too.  But we are rarely taught how to phrase and ask the 'right' question.

Reading for professional development includes  books. And for coaches I include two useful reads here.

Enterprise Mentoring is alive and well and a valued part of enterprise support.  I continue to play a part in training delivery.

National Mentoring Day is on 27th October.  But don't wait until then to get involved in mentoring!
