Learning must engage and be memorable, especially if it is remote.
My workshops and webinars engage and create memorable learning that sticks.
Learners must be able to apply their learning to real life situations and do something to make learning stick. They need to explore, test and make it real.
I have a range of examples, tools and methods to help make learning stick.
People have to be able to practice what they learn, share it with someone and have manager and peer support until they find meaning for themselves. When they do this their learning becomes a fully adopted new habit or skill.
